As the exclusive ticketing partner of Rolling Stone, Vivid Seats helped kick-off Super Bowl 2023 weekend with an A-list party featuring performances by Robin Thicke and Travis Scott. We were also thrilled to welcome extra special attendees Teyana Taylor, Tiffany Haddish, Brie and Nikki Bella, Keegan-Michael Key and G-Eazy.

​

A custom and exclusive VIP space was created just for Vivid Seats with clear and beautiful branding and plenty of lounge space for our guests to relax while sipping on our speciality 'Vivid-Rita' cocktail next to a cozy fire pit. Best of all, guests were treated to a surprise and delight wall with servers handing out specialty shots, champagne and Vivid Seats gift cards, including one $1,000 prize!

Oversaw the event from concept to execution, ensuring event was well-organized and branded effectively. Served as an on-site representative of Vivid Seats to capture content for social media, to ensure the event ran smoothly and to provide guests with a memorable experience.

Did you know when you buy 10 tickets on Vivid Seats, you get your 11th free? We wanted to spread the word to help get more fans to their favorite live events by making Vivid Seats synonymous with the number 11, further driving home the message of a free 11th ticket.

 

Our fall 2022 campaign surrounded heavily around the number 11 and kicked off our first ever, 11 days of giveaways. Everyday starting on November 1st, we gave our fans on social media various prizes leading up to the grand prize on the 11th, a $5,000 Vivid Seats gift card for ONE lucky fan.

 

In addition, to help us commemorate this day, Vivid Seats took over the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square on November 11th with our Lucky Roller to give New Yorkers a chance to spin the wheel for a chance to win fun prizes. Our special friend TikToker, Shan Rizwan, joined us to help us surprise a Taylor Swift superfan with free tickets to The Era's Tour.

My role:

Throughout the 11/11 campaign I was responsible for collaborating with our creative team to develop the concepts and assets for all 11 days. Leading up to the kick-off it was critical to generate buzz to ensure we gained brand awareness and followers on our social channels. The Times Square activation primarily served as an opportunity for me to capture social media content in collaboration with our influencer, Shan, and our creative agency, Push Play.

The Lucky Roller is a refurbished 1950's golf cart that has been decked out with brand colors, logos and a special prize capsule (gumball machine style) loaded with Vivid Seats swag, gift cards ranging from $25-100 and just ONE lucky winner has the chance to hit it big with two VIP tickets to the festival we're stationed at.

Our Lucky Roller has been all over the country from sponsored events with Rolling Stone to our Times Square takeover, but, you can always be sure to catch the Lucky Roller at music festivals like Coachella, BottleRock, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits for your chance to walk away a VIP.

My role:

Typical duties can include, coordination with our creative agency/photographer to ensure we have a proper production schedule and shot list, scouting locations, influencer management, sponsorship coordination, branding and on-site content capture.
